1. Refund Policy

At Eagle Rocket LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Business Intelligence (BI), and custom development services. Due to the nature of our digital services, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • • If a project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
  • • If work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided, based on the percentage of work completed.
  • • No refunds are available for completed services, except in cases where Eagle Rocket LLC fails to meet the agreed deliverables outlined in the contract.
  • • Subscription-based services may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 14 days of the billing cycle.

2. Shipping or Delivery Policy

Eagle Rocket LLC does not ship physical products. All services, including digital deliverables and software solutions, are provided electronically:

  • • Digital files, reports, and deliverables will be sent via email or through a secure client portal.
  • • Service completion timelines vary by project and will be outlined in your contract.
  • • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly.

3. Return Policy and Process

Since we provide digital services, returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer:

  • Project Revisions: If a delivered project does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work with you to revise it accordingly.
  • Service Credits: In certain cases, we may provide service credits for future projects instead of refunds.

For concerns about service quality, reach out to sales@eaglerocketllc.com within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs can change. Our cancellation policies vary based on the service type:

  • One-Time Services:
    • • You may cancel before work begins for a full refund.
    • • If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Subscription Services:

  • • Clients can cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal or by contacting sales@eaglerocketllc.com.
  • • If canceled within the first 14 days of a billing cycle, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
  • • Cancellations after the 14-day period will apply to the next billing cycle.
